Piston guide sleeve
Material - inspection (material certificate, forgings inspection, etc.) - rough machining- precise machining - inspection - rust prevention and storage

Cylinder head, rod end
Preparation - inspection (material certificate, etc.) - rough machining - quenched and tempered (outsourcing: parts) - hardness testing - machining (rough, precising machining ball head, internal and external thread) - saw - milling - boring (boring hole) - fitter (drilling hole or oil mouth) - inspection - rust prevention and storage

Tube body
Welding (welding cylinder head and tube)-destress-welding flaw detection-rust prevention and storage

Assembly
Familiar assembly drawing (including the factory test program and other technical documents)－ prepare all the assemble the parts and components (including seals, tooling) - clean up - parts clean - parts of fittings and parts fine cleaning - seal assembly and parts assembly - sign to check test device to the factory test-painting-packing - delivery

Welding and Finishing
1. Finishing: sandblasting, painting
2. Treatment of the piston rod: nickel plating or ceramic plating, supersonic flame spraying, laser cladding, thermal spraying
