Hydraulic Cylinder Manufacturing Process
Tube(Barrel)→Piston Rod→Piston Guide Sleeve→Cylinder Head, Rod Head→Tube Body→Assembly
Materials of Hydraulic Cylinder
Cylinder tube uses 45# steel, 42CrMo4 or ST52. Piston rod uses stainless steel bar. All sealing elements are from internationally famous brands, such as NOK, Merkel, Hallite, Trelleborg, etc.
Quality Control
All hydraulic cylinders delivered to the customer are all gone through several tests, including pressure testing, finish testing, hardness testing, ultrasonic testing, weld testing, paint layer testing, hydraulic oil cleanliness testing, etc.
