Pressure Test
All hydraulic cylinders we produced need to pass the pressure test before delivery. The testing pressure is generally 1.5 to 2.5 times than the working pressure. The test items include the following seven aspects:

Buffering effect test
Internal leakage test
Pressure-tight test
Full stroke test
External leakage test
Other Tests
In addition to pressure testing, other aspects must be tested for acceptable qualifications before delivery, such as cylinder tube and piston rod machining accuracy, weld bead strength testing and ultrasonic testing, piston rod coating thickness and hardness testing, hydraulic oil cleanliness testing, paint thickness and viscosity testing. The finished products of hydraulic cylinders will not deliver until all tested indicators meet customer’s requirements,
